 We have finally finished picking all the apples. Now have an excellent supply of Pink Ladies, Arkansas Blacks and Fujis. Have somewhat limited quantities of Stayman Winesaps, Goldrush, Golden and Red Delicious.
RETAIL HOURS: This week we will be open every day except Thanksgiving day, including next Sunday. After that for, at least 3 weeks, we will be open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
EXCEPTION: If the daytime temperture is predicted to not get above 40 F., we probably won't be open that day.
Today (Tuesday), will be making fresh apple cider and again Saturday. Will be making  pasteurized fresh Goldrush apple slices all day Wednesday. Have good supply of fresh apple sauce and apple butter. Both regular and no sugar added. Will be making all these products on a regular basis until we close.
Just received from Canebrake Farms a limited supply of their "delicious" pickled beets, sweet cucumber pickles, and for the Southern cooks, two cases of Sorghum Syrup.
