Good news for a change! This Thursday and Saturday, blackberry picking will be good.  Dorman Red raspberry picking will be excellent.
Still some Red and Royalty purple raspberries to pick. Black raspberries are done.
Will have first of season blueberries and local sweet corn on Thursday and Saturday.
The road between Tigerville and Hwy 11 is now open. No more detour. Info I got says the plan was to replace the bridge with a bridge taken out of the low country. Highway Department found that bridge was defective. So a new bridge would have to be built. This put the project at the bottom of the priority list. So they have done a repair job on the old bridge and the road is open.
For several more weeks our retail market will be open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
